Sealing film is the most-seen, least-branded part of a boba drink. Every sealed cup shows the film first — it’s the surface the customer punches a straw through and the one that faces up in every flat-lay photo. Printing your logo across it turns a purely functional supply into constant, repeating brand exposure at almost no added cost per drink.

Our custom film is manufactured to fit standard 90mm and 95mm sealing machines, manual or automatic, and is calibrated for a clean, strong seal that won’t leak in a delivery bag. We print a repeating full-color logo pattern so the mark lands centered on the cup regardless of where the film indexes. Registration is dialed in during proofing so your logo isn’t cut awkwardly at the seal.

Because film is consumable and high-volume, it’s one of the most cost-effective ways to brand every single drink you sell. A roll seals roughly 3,000 cups, so even a busy shop brands months of drinks from a modest order. Pair branded film with clear PET cups and the drink becomes a fully branded object from top to bottom.

Film is ordered by the roll with a low 10-roll minimum, which makes it easy to test branded film before committing to a large supply. We keep your artwork on file so reorders match, and we can coordinate film with a cup and lid order so your whole program shares one look.
